What this package covers

Both lists are worth a minute. The second one is where bookings usually go wrong — a package sized for a smaller home means a rushed visit for you and an unpaid hour for the professional.

Included

  • Removal of Items: Taking out all food containers, jars, and bottles (to be placed back after cleaning).
  • Tray & Shelf Scrubbing: All removable glass trays, vegetable boxes, and side racks are taken out and washed.
  • Interior Sanitization: Thorough wiping and disinfecting of the internal walls, ceiling, and base.
  • Gasket Cleaning: Cleaning the rubber door seal (gasket) to remove hidden mold and debris.
  • Deep Defrosting: Cleaning of the freezer section to remove ice buildup and old stains.
  • Exterior Polishing: Wiping and polishing the outer body, door handles, and the top of the fridge.
  • Odor Removal: Using specialized sprays or natural agents to neutralize food smells.

Not included

  • Sorting/Discarding: Cleaners generally won't throw away expired food unless you explicitly tell them to.
  • Condenser Coil Cleaning: Cleaning the mechanical coils at the back (this is a technician's job).
  • Internal Repairs: Fixing gas leaks, cooling issues, or broken light bulbs.
  • Deep Scratch Removal: Removing permanent scratches or dents from the stainless steel/plastic body.
  • External Stabilizer: Cleaning or repairing the voltage stabilizer (unless requested).

How do I book a service?

Pick your city at the top of the page, open the service you need, add a package to your cart, choose a date and a time slot, then enter your name, phone number and address. You get a booking ID as soon as it is confirmed.

Do I have to pay in advance?

No. Payment is taken after the service is done. Nothing is charged when you book.

Is the price shown the final price?

The price shown is the price for the city you have selected. A flat ₹49 convenience fee is added at the checkout step and is shown to you before you confirm, so there is no surprise at the end. It is the same ₹49 whatever you book.

Which cities do you serve?

We currently take bookings in 55 cities, including Agra, Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Amritsar, Aurangabad, Bengaluru. Use the city selector at the top to see prices for yours.

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Yes. Call or WhatsApp us on +91 72764 22873 with your booking ID and we will move or cancel it for you.

Where do I see my bookings?

Open My Bookings and enter the same mobile number you booked with. Every booking made with that number appears there.
