What this package covers

Both lists are worth a minute. The second one is where bookings usually go wrong — a package sized for a smaller home means a rushed visit for you and an unpaid hour for the professional.

Included

  • Filter Degreasing: Removing and soaking the Baffle or Mesh filters in specialized chemicals to dissolve thick oil and grease.
  • Oil Collector: Emptying and sanitizing the oil cup or collection tray.
  • External Cleaning: Scrubbing and polishing the chimney’s outer body (Stainless Steel or Glass finish).
  • Internal Suction Area: Wiping down the accessible inner housing area where the filters sit.
  • Blower/Fan Blades: Cleaning the visible grease from the blower blades (if accessible without dismantling the motor).
  • Control Panel: Careful cleaning of the touch buttons or knobs to remove sticky residue.

Not included

  • Chimney Ducting: Cleaning the internal flexible pipe that leads the smoke to the outside wall.
  • Motor Servicing: Internal motor oiling or repairing electrical components.
  • Dismantling: Complete disassembly of the motor or internal wiring (this is a technician's job, not a cleaner's).
  • Spare Parts: Replacement of bulbs, filters, or buttons.
  • Surrounding Area: Cleaning the gas stove, tiles, or cabinets (unless a Full Kitchen package is chosen).

How do I book a service?

Pick your city at the top of the page, open the service you need, add a package to your cart, choose a date and a time slot, then enter your name, phone number and address. You get a booking ID as soon as it is confirmed.

Do I have to pay in advance?

No. Payment is taken after the service is done. Nothing is charged when you book.

Is the price shown the final price?

The price shown is the price for the city you have selected. A flat ₹49 convenience fee is added at the checkout step and is shown to you before you confirm, so there is no surprise at the end. It is the same ₹49 whatever you book.

Which cities do you serve?

We currently take bookings in 55 cities, including Agra, Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Amritsar, Aurangabad, Bengaluru. Use the city selector at the top to see prices for yours.

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Yes. Call or WhatsApp us on +91 72764 22873 with your booking ID and we will move or cancel it for you.

Where do I see my bookings?

Open My Bookings and enter the same mobile number you booked with. Every booking made with that number appears there.
