These terms are governed by the laws of India and applicable regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Prime Urban Services is a home services platform that connects customers with trained and verified service professionals across India.
We provide services including cleaning, AC repair, salon at home, electrical, plumbing, painting, pest control, and more.
All professionals are background-verified and trained before being listed on our platform.
Service availability may vary by city and slot. We do not guarantee availability at all times.
Prices displayed are approximate and may vary based on the actual scope of work.
๐ Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings can be made through our app and are confirmed upon successful submission.
Cancellations made 2+ hours before the scheduled slot are free of charge.
Late cancellations (less than 2 hours before slot) may attract a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to professional unavailability or unforeseen circumstances.
In case of our cancellation, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.
๐ณ Payments & Refunds
We accept Cash on Delivery, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and debit/credit cards.
Payment is collected after the service is completed unless stated otherwise.
Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of service completion.
Approved refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days to the original payment method.
We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
๐ค Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate address, contact details, and service requirements at the time of booking.
Ensure someone is present at the location during the scheduled service slot.
Treat our professionals with respect. Abusive behavior may result in service termination.
Do not request professionals to perform tasks outside the booked service scope.
Ensure a safe working environment for the professional.
โ๏ธ Liability & Disputes
Prime Urban Services acts as an intermediary platform. While we verify all professionals, we are not directly liable for any damage caused during service execution beyond our stated warranty.
Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours with photo evidence.
We offer a free re-visit if you are not satisfied with the service quality.
Disputes will be resolved through our support team in good faith.
All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
๐ Privacy & Data
We collect your name, phone number, address, and booking history to provide our services.
Your data is never sold to third parties.
We may use your contact details to send booking confirmations and service updates.
You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting our support.
๐ Changes to Terms
Prime Urban Services reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
